Desmares primed for NQ Championship

Team driver Jared Desmares has safely arrived back in Cairns ahead of the scheduled 14th of May race at Cairns Speedway, the final hit out before Round 1 of the North Queensland Sprintcar Championship to be contested at Cairns and Mareeba Speedways throughout May into late October.

Team owner Josh is enthusiastic about the NQ season, with Jared sporting a brand new KRE LS3 motor package and multiple nights under his belt utilizing a 410ci engine package late in the Brisbane season. Jared has the tools he needs to keep up the front, with a 16 race schedule planned and a perfect opportunity for Josh, Crew and Sponsors to escape the cooler SEQ climate and spend some quality time in the NQ tropics!
